The Founding Insight

“Most mid-size companies don't have a technology problem. They have an execution problem — the right engineers, working the right way, on the right things. That gap is exactly what we were built to close.”

The founding insight behind SolveJet, 2018

Karan started as a software engineer and spent years working inside companies of every scale — startups moving fast, enterprises moving slow, and growth-stage businesses stuck in between. The bottleneck was always the same: systems that didn't connect, processes that required manual intervention, and coordination overhead that compounded quietly until it couldn't be ignored.

He founded SolveJet in 2018 to solve exactly that — an engineering firm that works the client's way, not its own. One that measures success in operational outcomes, not feature counts.

Who We Are

We measure success
by your outcomes,
not our output.

Not just faster software. Better outcomes. Every engagement is measured against one question — did this move the business forward?

01

What we do

We build custom software, AI systems, and cloud infrastructure for companies that need technology to be a competitive advantage — not a liability. From first line of code to production at scale.

02

How we do it

No hand-offs, no juniors on client work, no bait-and-switch staffing. A dedicated senior team owns your project from architecture to production — and is accountable for what ships.

03

Why it matters

Bad engineering compounds silently. Every shortcut today becomes a bottleneck tomorrow. We take the long view — because our 98% client retention depends on it.

What We Believe

01Accountability

We measure success by your outcomes, not our outputs. Every decision — technical or otherwise — starts with what moves your business forward.

02Engineering Excellence

We hold ourselves to a high standard. Clean architecture, rigorous testing, and code that the next engineer will thank you for.

03Radical Transparency

No surprises, no spin. You get the full picture — timelines, risks, tradeoffs — so you can make informed decisions at every stage.

04Ownership Mindset

We treat your product like it's ours. That means proactively flagging problems, proposing solutions, and never waiting to be told what to do.

05Speed with Quality

Fast doesn't mean sloppy. We move quickly because we have the systems, experience, and discipline to do it without cutting corners.

06Long-Term Thinking

We build for where you're going, not just where you are. Scalable systems, maintainable code, and partnerships that compound over time.

How We Work

No black boxes.
No surprises.

Discovery Call

We listen first. You walk us through the problem, the constraints, and what success looks like. No sales pitch. No generic deck. Just a direct conversation about whether we're the right fit.

023–5 days

Technical Scoping

Our engineers review your existing systems, data, and requirements. We produce a scoping document with architecture options, risk flags, and a realistic timeline — not an optimistic one.

03Ongoing

Iterative Build

Two-week sprints. Working software every cycle. You have direct access to the engineers building your product — not a project manager relaying messages. Weekly demos, not monthly reports.

04Post-delivery

Launch & Beyond

We don't disappear after go-live. Monitoring, incident response, and ongoing improvements are part of how we work. 98% of our clients continue working with us after the first project.

Trusted at Scale

Delivering at scale, since 2018.

From growth-stage companies to established enterprises — we've built, scaled, and modernized technology across every major industry.

They don't force us to go their way; instead, they follow our way of thinking. The team was responsive, technically strong, and delivered on every commitment.

We went from concept to production in a fraction of the time we expected. Their engineers flagged edge cases before they became blockers — that kind of proactiveness is rare.

What I valued most was the transparency. Every sprint ended with working software and a plain-English summary of what changed and why. We always knew exactly where the project stood.

FAQ

Common questions about SolveJet

Everything you need to know before starting a conversation with us.

We work with mid-size companies — typically 50 to 500 employees — where the software decision actually matters. Companies that have outgrown their initial tech stack, are scaling a product, or need senior engineering capacity they can’t hire fast enough internally.

For most engagements we can have a dedicated team ramped and delivering within 2–3 weeks of contract signing. Discovery and scoping typically takes 1 week, followed by team assembly and onboarding.

Both. Fixed-price works well for well-defined projects with clear scope. Time-and-materials is better for ongoing product development, staff augmentation, and engagements where requirements evolve. We recommend the model that reduces risk for your specific situation.

You get full visibility — daily standups, weekly demos of working software, and access to our project management tools. Your dedicated team lead is your single point of contact and is available during your business hours.

Three things: we only hire senior engineers (no juniors on client projects), we treat every engagement as a long-term partnership rather than a transaction, and we measure success by your business outcomes — not just delivery of features.

Yes. We sign NDAs before any discovery conversation. All IP created during an engagement is fully owned by you — no exceptions, no licensing clauses, no retained rights.
